Bad situation

I got a pilot's license in 2005 and didnt fly after my check ride. ive been meaning to get current but i got a dui in 2008 and forgot to report it to the faa. i havent tried to get a medical since 2005 so i havent lied or anything. what should i do? furthermore. i have been arrested for a felony but will plead misdemeanor. when do i need to report that? and should i even bother trying? i hope i havent screwed myself from ever getting to fly again. i only want private pilot. no career plans.
